There will be full-time Turkish-English and English-Turkish simultaneous translations at all international events.
Participants who apply by filling out the Form at the Conference page on TASAM portal; will benefit from participation in all sessions, and lunches, conference materials, refreshments in coffee breaks within the scope of the events and will be entitled to a certificate and conference e-book. As a limited number of external participants will be accepted, the deadline for applications is June 4, 2025. The Professional Participation fee for civilians is determined as ₺4,500, and the Academic Participation fee for academicians/students is determined as ₺3,000. TASAM's past interns and employees also receive a 25% discount with the code 2025IGK25. After the Form is filled out and the participation fee is paid, registration confirmation and necessary information are sent to the participant's e-mail.
